• Enhance plant reliability and asset integrity by providing optimized inspection planning and monitoring recommendations relating possible damage mechanisms.
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials for various engineering applications.
• Create inspection and test plans to monitor the condition of assets.
• Perform root cause failure analysis for static and rotating equipment with the optimized recommendations.
• Establish integrity operating windows to manage and control corrosion issues.
• Develop new methodologies and explore new technologies to effectively control corrosion.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in metallurgical, materials, production or welding engineering.
• Experience 2-7 years in inspection or corrosion engineering for oil & gas, petrochemical or chemical industries.
• Knowledgeable in corrosion mechanisms, materials and NDT methods.
• API, NACE or ASNT certificates would be advantage.
• Good analytical skill, collaboration, and drive to result.
• Good command in English both spoken and written
