Expressing Intent

A whistleblower should report in good faith and with no malicious intent to cause any suffering or damage.
The Company considers any whistleblower who makes a false complaint or with dishonest intent to be in violation of the Business Code of Conduct. The Company will take appropriate action on a case-by-case basis.
A complainant may choose to file a complaint anonymously or disclose their identity.
